IBM India has launched a virtual branch office here.
According to a release from the company, this is a city-specific website to support the demands of its clients and partners. IBM already has a physical office here. The new website will offer the option for the local community here to communicate online with IBM representatives when they need any information.
The website will be a live platform for potential customers, partners, educational institutions, and business entrepreneurs to know about IBM offerings, events, and academic initiatives. The site will provide access to information related to select hardware, software and services.
It will list IBM solutions and provide the local IBM contact for assistance. The virtual branch office is IBM India's initiative to reach out to its customers and partners in non-metro cities.
