RBEI launches EMC lab in Coimbatore

Coimbatore, Oct 7 (IBNS) Robert Bosch Engineering and Business SolutionsLtd (RBEI), the engineering and IT services subsidiary of Bosch in India, has launched a state-of-the-art Electromagnetic Compatibility (EMC) Lab here.

RBEI, on Thursday, said the lab will help enhance the reliability of automotive components like Electronic Control Units (ECUs).

V. K. Viswanathan, President – Bosch Group/India and Managing Director, Bosch Limited, said, “With its highly-qualified engineers, Coimbatore has a great deal to offer a technology company like RBEI. This new infrastructure investment is just one example that illustrates how important Coimbatore is to both RBEI’s, and Bosch in India’s future growth.”

The new lab will begin with ECU testing for all automotive Electronic control units and later other products in non-Automotive areas.
